Trico LivingWell’s assisted living rental suites include daily living hospitality services and wellness programming with access to personalized care and supportive services. Convenient amenities are housed in the same building, encouraging residents to remain active and do the things they enjoy.

Located in the Birch building, our selection of studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + den & 2 bedroom suites are complete with modern finishes and specially outfitted health & safety features. With a wide range of floorplans and sizes available, we make it easy to choose the home that best fits your needs and lifestyle.

Suites are connected by a smart “household concept” to limit exposure/reduce the risk of communicable diseases. 12 suites per household.

24/7 Onsite Emergency Healthcare Response

For peace of mind, every resident has an emergency call pendant/wristwatch which can be activated anywhere in the residence 24/7. Calls are attended by our on-site healthcare staff.
