Staying active goes hand in hand with good health and wellness, and our team works closely with each resident to develop individual exercise plans to help them meet their physical goals.

We host daily fitness classes with specially tailored exercises to accommodate individuals with varied mobility, led by a team of professional instructors and specialists. Our studio is also equipped with large screens and projectors to enable virtual sessions when required. Some of our exercise programs include:
