  • Overnight Concierge

    Front Desk Department provides 24-hour, 7 days-a-week support to CLOVER LIVING residents, staff, and visitors. The Overnight Concierge must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. The Overnight Concierge provides first contact and safeguarding to all residents and overnight guests. The Night Concierge ensures the main floor and common areas are well maintained, control access to building, monitor CCTV and EV2 systems, conduct checks, as well as report and/or hand over concerns. This position will be the first point of contact in the event of an emergency during silent hours.
