Trico LivingWell is located at Kingsland Junction, an inclusive senior living community, situated along Macleod Trail in the beautiful SW Calgary neighbourhood of Kingsland.

Is this community subsidized by Alberta Health Services (AHS)?
No, Trico LivingWell is a private community and is not subsidized by AHS. However, we offer flexible payment options and work closely with the families of our residents to ensure living here is affordable and accessible.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! Trico LivingWell is a pet-friendly community. We welcome pets as part of your family, with a few simple guidelines in place to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents. Each resident may have one pet and pets must be under 30 lbs.
Do suites have full kitchens?
At Trico LivingWell, every suite is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Suites in The Oak feature full kitchens, ideal for those who enjoy cooking or entertaining, while The Birch offers thoughtfully designed kitchenettes, perfect for light meals and snacks.
Is in-suite laundry available?
Every suite at Trico LivingWell includes in-suite laundry, adding convenience and independence to your daily living.
How much does it cost to live at Trico LivingWell?
Our monthly rates vary depending on the suite size and the level of service required:
- Independent Living: Starting at $4,300/month
- Inclusive & Assisted Living: Starting at $5,295/month
- Memory Care: Starting at $10,000/month
How big are the suites?
Our suites are designed to suit a variety of needs and preferences:
- Studio suites are available in our memory care neighbourhood and range in size from 460 to 560 sq. ft.
- One-bedroom and one-bedroom + den layouts range in size from 672 to 882 sq. feet.
- Spacious two-bedroom suites are 916 sq. ft.

Are the suites available for rent or purchase?
At Trico LivingWell, our suites are available for rent only. We provide flexible lease options to suit your needs. At this time, our suites are not available for purchase.
Can couples stay together in the same suite?
Absolutely. We offer suites that can comfortably accommodate couples so you can continue living together while enjoying the services and support offered within our community.
Is there 24/7 nursing or medical staff on-site?
We have amazing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Health Care Aides on site 24/7. Registered Nurses (RNs) are available during business hours for care planning, oversight, and family communication. This ensures residents receive consistent, professional care and support around the clock.
Does Trico LivingWell have a doctor on-site?
While Trico LivingWell does not employ a full-time on-site physician, we partner closely with several local doctors who visit residents regularly for scheduled appointments and care reviews. Residents are also welcome to keep their own family physician.
