Front Desk

Whether it’s booking an appointment or picking up a package, it’s always nice to have a helping hand. That’s where Trico LivingWell’s Front Desk team comes in!

Our Front Desk team are the first to greet residents and visitors when they arrive at Trico LivingWell. They will gladly help with any small tasks you require, or schedule appointments/reservations on your behalf.


Our front desk team can assist you with arranging transportation services. We also provide weekly scheduled transportation services to shopping centres and grocery stores.

If you prefer to drive yourself, you are welcome to bring your own car and park it in our secure underground parkade*.

Additionally, you can also opt for public transit, with the closest bus stop right outside on Macleod Trail or a short walk to the Heritage LRT Station.
