Join Trico LivingWell on February 22 for Kingsland Seniors Day! In honor of the amazing contributions, achievements, and stories of those aged 55 and above, we’re hosting a day of fun-filled activities for seniors in Kingsland to enjoy with us at Trico LivingWell. Throughout the day, we’ll have a variety of opportunities for you to participate in:
Arts Programming | 10am</font color>
Unleash your creativity and join In-House Artist Bridget for an exclusive art session in our beautiful creative studio
Lunch at Trico LivingWell | 11am</font color>
We’ll be offering a delicious lunch for you in our bright and spacious dining room, courtesy of our award-winning Executive Chef, Liana
Community Tour | 12pm</font color>
Join Sales Consultant Brandi Young for a tour of our building, including our lounge, theatre, games area, spa, and more! To finish the tour, we’ll show you four of our gorgeous show suites.
Zumba | 1pm</font color>
Finish the afternoon strong with an uplifting and energizing Zumba class, courtesy of Fuse Fitness instructor Ana Pavic. A fusion of Latin and International music and dance, this class is perfect for all fitness levels.
